Sad but satisfied
Chris and Larry both have always been outstanding customer service oriented personnel within Destination Harley. My only concern, of course outside their control, was back orders that don't get filled within the time frame promised which frustrate me to no end. My individual standard is if I say it will get done, it will be done. I realize Covid has been the unknown factor in making these promises, nevertheless don't make assurances that cannot be met - in doing so it allows me to seek a resolution or alternative within my given time constraints.
