5 star service
I brought my very badly running bike in around 4:00 pm on a Wednesday without an appointment or any prior communication. As soon as I got in out of the dumping rain, and after he finished helping a previous customer, the service advisor, Patrick Sharp, started helping me. Patrick stopped my lengthy explanation of my problem and what I had done to try to fix it myself, only so he could write EVERYTHING down. He didnt want to miss anything. He took in my bike and told me they should get to it the next day. The service people found the problem (bad fuel tuner) and I had a written estimate in hand via email early Thursday afternoon (the next day). I authorized the repair (as well as two new tires). Friday around noon, Patrick let me know my bike was ready for me to pick up! My bike is running GREAT now. The service crew did an outstanding job and Patrick kept me well informed thru the whole thing. Definitly 5 star service!!!!! (Employee: Patrick Sharp)
