Dealership and service department rocks
I enjoy the frequent updates I receive on my bikes progress. I am updated from the service department if there will be a delay for completion, if they need authorization for recommended repair with a parts availability when they call. I know what's going on and what part of the process they are on with my bike. They offer a same day full service fluids change which comes in handy during my riding season. I get weekly updates for parts that are on special order. again, I know where my bike is in the repair process even waiting on special order parts. If I have a questions Patrick will get the answer to me in a few days or he will email me at the time and day he said he would. Never leaving me to wonder.
